Do you ship to Afghanistan?
Yes. Afghanistan is the home market. International delivery uses the same catalogue and will expand by shipping zone.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on the destination and carrier. You receive tracking when the parcel is collected. See Shipping for more detail.
Can I exchange an item?
Unworn pieces in original packing can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Fragrance with a broken seal cannot be exchanged. Start from the Contact page with your order reference.
How do I return something?
Write to support with your order reference. We confirm whether an exchange or refund applies. See Terms and the refund policy.
Can I order on WhatsApp or email?
Yes. Use Live chat / WhatsApp or hello@thirtfour-global.store. Checkout on the site still needs an account.
Which currencies do you use?
Prices are shown in USD today. EUR and GBP will be added with shipping zones — the shop is built for that without a rebuild.
